I am\u00a0Anne Rasquin<\/strong>,\u00a0mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, partner and lover of Life.
For more than 20 years, I have been dedicated to body\u2013mind therapies and spiritual paths that connect movement, consciousness, and the transformative power of life-force energy.<\/p>

The name\u00a0Vidanne<\/strong>\u00a0came to me in meditation during a Hatmara-Merkava silent retreat in Monchique, Portugal, as a code and healing tool.
It has guided my work ever since.<\/p>
