Vidanne Therapy

I am Anne Rasquin, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, partner and lover of Life.
For more than 20 years, I have been dedicated to body–mind therapies and spiritual paths that connect movement, consciousness, and the transformative power of life-force energy.

The name Vidanne came to me in meditation during a Hatmara-Merkava silent retreat in Monchique, Portugal, as a code and healing tool.
It has guided my work ever since.
